Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and wallets (where applicable), all through secure payment gateways.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. All orders are accepted on a 100% advance payment basis. Your order is confirmed only after full payment is received.
Are my card details safe?
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, trusted payment gateways. Mamta Saree Centre does not store your card or banking details.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, and typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days across India.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, public holidays, weather, or unforeseen logistics delays.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared with you via email or WhatsApp, wherever applicable.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes. We accept returns and offer refunds if the request is made within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the same condition it was dispatched in.
What happens after 7 days?
Returns and exchange requests made more than 7 days after delivery cannot be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping?
The cost of shipping the product back to us is borne by the customer.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund is processed to your original payment method.
My package arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of both the package and the product, and we'll help you from there.

Do you have a physical store?
Yes. We're at RZ K-35, Gandhi Market, Sagarpur, New Delhi 110046, open 7 days a week from 11:00 am to 9:30 pm.
Products
Will the colour match the photos exactly?
We photograph every product as accurately as we can, but slight variations in colour, texture, and appearance can occur because of screen settings and photography. Please review product descriptions and images carefully before ordering.
