Products & Pricing
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur due to screen settings and photography.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Mamta Saree reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion.

Payments
All orders require 100% advance payment before processing and dispatch. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and wallets through secure payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details.

Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation and are generally delivered within 7–10 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and logistics conditions.

Exchanges & Refunds
Mamta Saree accepts exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in the same condition as it was dispatched. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We do not offer refunds on exchanges, and requests made after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

All content on this website, including images, text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Mamta Saree and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability
Mamta Saree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
