At Mamta Saree, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

7-Day Exchange Policy
We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the same condition it was dispatched in.
Within this window you may exchange your purchase for another product. We do not offer refunds on exchanges.
Exchange requests made after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping
The cost of shipping the product back to us is borne by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product, or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of both the package and the product.
In these cases we will arrange a replacement, or a full refund to your original payment method.
