At Mamta Saree Centre, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

7-Day Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns and offer refunds if a request is made within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the same condition it was dispatched in.

Returns or exchange requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

The cost of shipping the product back to us is borne by the customer.

Damaged Package

In the rare event that you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the package and product.
